PickyPal evolves into a full agentic shopping experience
PickyPal started as an AI shopping advisor that answers questions and recommends the right products. Today it goes further. It notices when a shopper needs help, starts the conversation, listens as well as reads, and follows up after the visit.
Here’s what’s new.
Follow-ups that recover unpurchased recommendations
Most shoppers don’t buy on their first visit. Some get a recommendation they like and still leave.
PickyPal now follows up with them. Each message is built from the shopper’s own conversation: the products PickyPal recommended, the questions they asked, and what they seemed to care about. It isn’t a generic “you left something behind” reminder. It continues the conversation where it stopped.
Follow-ups go out on email, with WhatsApp planned next, so shoppers hear back where they’re most likely to reply.

Voice messages
Some shoppers would rather talk than type, especially on mobile.
They can now send PickyPal a voice message and get the same guidance they would by text. PickyPal understands several languages and dialects, including Arabic and Gulf dialects, and follows along if the shopper switches languages mid-conversation.

Automatic storefront translation
PickyPal can now translate to your storefront automatically, so international visitors can talk to PickyPal in the language they chose to browse in.
From assistant to agent
Together, these features change what PickyPal does. It no longer just answers questions. It spots when a shopper needs help, starts the conversation, adjusts to how the shopper wants to talk, and follows up after the visit.
Every conversation also shows up in your dashboard, along with the revenue, assisted revenue and add-to-carts that PickyPal generated.
PickyPal is available on Shopify, WordPress and Adobe Commerce.
